Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase, provided that:

  • All labels and tags remain attached
  • The item is not damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

We will refund delivery charges if:

  • You received a faulty or defective product, or
  • We shipped you the wrong item

For all other returns, the purchaser is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs, and
  • Shipping fees for new items (if exchanged)

Mona Club reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee when applicable.

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition
  • The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary)
  • Contact your bank (processing may take additional time)

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at reservations@monaclub.miami.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at reservations@monaclub.miami and ship your item to:

If you wish to exchange for a different style, you are responsible for:

  • Return shipping cost, and
  • Shipping cost of the new item

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the gift was purchased and shipped to the giver, refunds will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mona is not responsible for lost returns.
